I’ve spent over two decades working across manufacturing, engineering, and product development—leading everything from high-volume production scale-ups to Lean transformations in regulated industries. But titles and tools don’t drive change. People do.

My journey with Lean began not in a textbook, but on the floor—listening, learning, and asking better questions. Over time, I’ve led factory turnarounds, coached leadership teams, and rolled out systems that have saved millions. But what I’m proudest of is helping people see differently—to understand their processes, own their problems, and believe they can fix what’s broken.

I founded 2Gemba with a simple goal: to be the coach and catalyst I wish every team had. Someone who works shoulder-to-shoulder with people at the gemba. Someone who brings clarity, asks the hard questions with empathy, and stays until the job’s not just done—but understood.

I don’t overwhelm teams with Lean jargon or expect them to learn a new language overnight. I keep it real, simple, and actionable—because that’s what sticks. And having lived and worked across the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast, I’ve learned how to connect with people from all walks of life—building trust at every level of the organization. That trust is what powers real, lasting change.
