I’m Prithvi Kumar, a Lean practitioner who believes in progress, not perfection. The best solutions aren’t complex—they’re the ones teams can see, own, and sustain. I act as a catalyst, sparking culture change with the ingredients you already have. Every organization has the potential for a strong problem-solving culture—my job is to help uncover it.

Like a mountain guide, I lead teams upward and in the right direction—helping them see waste, own processes, and build daily accountability. Leaders learn to see and listen using humble inquiry, and teams develop the habits to keep improving long after I’m gone.
